Oceanside Finest Basketball teaches kids fundamentals of basketball for free! Through the Neighborhood Reinvestment grant program, District 5 Supervisor Jim Desmond joined one of their Basketball Clinics to surprise the students with a new passenger van, equipment, and gear for this fantastic nonprofit.
