KOCT operates two channels within the City of Oceanside - The Community Channel 18 & The Government Channel 19. Established as a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation in 1984, we are not your ordinary TV station. KOCT is a non-commercial live streaming PEG(Public, Education and Government)channel with the unique mission of providing local interest programs about and for the community in which we live.

When you become a KOCT Program Underwriter your message is available to 65,000 cable subscriber homes in Oceanside on Cox Communications. Your message will also be seen countywide for AT&T U-Verse subscribers, in addition to our television programs being available everywhere online at www.KOCT.org.
