Carly Starr Brullo Niles is a three decade long award-winning filmmaker, the Executive Director of KOCT Televison and the Co-Programmer & Creative Director of The Oceanside International Film Festival. After years of working in Hollywood on major motion pictures, independent features & network tv, Carly returned back to Oceanside, California where she began her career in public access television at KOCT.org. Wanting to make a difference in the world, Carly Starr founded Love Machine Films in 2004 & has been responsible for the branding, writing & directing hundreds of campaigns & projects for mainstream and nonprofit organizations. Her works have been broadcasted all over the world & has helped raised millions of dollars for various national & international causes like the American Cancer Society, the Humane Society, the MS Society, Habitat for Humanity, Karl Strauss and countless others. As a true believer in positive change & the voice of the next generation storyteller, Carly returned back to KOCT Television to bring leadership & real-life film experience back to our creative community, so that together we can be profits of change & navigate successfully in the complex world of media.

Angela Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and Film from California State University of Los Angeles. Her award-winning, diverse skill-set, along with her years of experience, allow her to be an expert in Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production.

Tyler graduated from Vista High School and Palomar College, studying editing and video production.
Tyler is dedicated to editing as a craft and works on various projects outside of KOCT to keep up to date on the ever-evolving technology.
