Tune to KOCT - Channel 18, Thursday, April 7th at 6pm to view the newest episode of Journalist Roundtable. This month’s guests include:

Supervisor Dave Roberts to discuss the upcoming June Primary Election for his third District County Board of Supervisor seat. (Note: Mayor Gaspar and Mayor Abed, his  two opponents in this race, will appear on our May 5th program);

Lonny Harper, Oceanside Police Officer, to discuss H.O.T. –Homeless Outreach Team– the first law enforcement social outreach team in North County San Diego;

Well known Sports Writer, Jay Paris to discuss North County sports and the proposed Chargers Stadium;

Vista Council Member and F.A.C.T. –Facilitating Access to Coordinated Transportation– Board Member, John Aguilera, to discuss an innovative low-cost transportation service that is used extensively by the elderly. F.A.C.T. is the only agency providing curb to curb transportation across the county.

The host of this long-running monthly series is Kent Davy, the former Editor for the North County Times. He will be joined by Alison St. John, the KPBS North County Bureau Editor, and Logan Jenkins, a columnist for the San Diego Union-Tribune.
