She is pursing her Bachelors at CSUSM where she is a Visual and Performing Arts major with an emphasis in Arts and Technology. Jordan says that “Growing up in the mountains has definitely impacted her artwork”. She loves painting mountain ranges, meadow landscapes, nature, and colorful sunsets. Jordan spent most of her college education learning different painting techniques, and is now furthering her knowledge in the digital art world. Ideally, she would love to work on movie sets and learn about behind the scenes while also hoping to start a small online business where she can advertise and sell prints of her personal paintings and other artwork. As an Arts and Tech major, she is able to dabble around with different media and has worked a little bit with photography, filming, editing, web design, experimental media production, and graphic design.
Jordan loves all art forms, and appreciates when artists allow themselves to be vulnerable and show their creations to the world. Only having one semester left till graduation, she hopes to take full advantage of everything that CSUSM has to offer. Jordan hopes to create on a daily basis and to acquire the tools needed in order to pursue a career in a field that she has grown to love. From finger painting as a child, to painting and sketching as an adolescent, to producing videos, photographs, and digital stories as a young adult, she hopes is to be successful as an artist.
