PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION IS ABOUT Public
Access Television generally airs:
Saturdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm and
Sundays from 12:30pm to 7:30pm on KOCT cable channel 18.
A contract agreement
with the City of Oceanside stipulates that KOCT is responsible for PEG (Public,
Educational, and Government) access. If
you are an Oceanside resident and would like to submit a program for airing on
public access please download the following forms which detail the technical and
