   Guests appearing on this program are:  Oceanside Unified School District Superintendent Larry Perondi, who will speak in favor of Prop H: School Modernization, Safety and Technology Measure.  Prop H will be on the June ballot and would authorize the OUSD to issue and sell $195,000,000 in general obligation bonds on its behalf.  Larry Barry, a local resident who is President of L. Barry Industries and a member of the San Diego County Taxpayer Association, will explain his opposition to the proposition.  Terry Hart, Chair of the Oceanside Teachers Bargaining Team will tell viewers how the proposed educational budget cuts are affecting Oceanside teachers, students and nonteaching positions and how the bargaining team is trying to stop the budget reforms.  Nadine Scott, local community activist, will explain the lawsuit recently filed on behalf of the group Friends of Loma Alta Creek against the City of Oceanside.  The lawsuit seeks to stop the Corona-based Robertson’s Ready Mix from building a concrete plant on Industry St.
