The forms and applications listed below are available for download. Please print the form, fill out completely and either fax to KOCT at (760) 722-5849 or mail to KOCT, 3038 Industry St., Suite 101, Oceanside, CA, 92054. Please do not send back via e-mail.

• Public Service Announcement (PSA) - KOCT provides opportunities for local nonprofit organizations to place Public Service Announcements on Channels 18 and 19 Bulletin Board.
• Public Access Programming Guidelines This form explains the programming guidelines.
• Playback Application for Public Access Programming submission requirements. This form describes how and what should be included on the tape submitted and which tape formats are accepted.
• Playback Application for Satellite Programming This application explains the Terms and Conditions when applying for air time.
