OCEANSIDE WATER UTILITIES DEPARTMENT

The Oceanside Water Utilities Department is an integral part of our life here in Oceanside -- ensuring we have a safe and reliable water supply and that our wastewater is treated and disposed of properly. Providing these services to residents requires overcoming constant obstacles, considering the dry climate in San Diego County. However, despite the challenges, Oceanside is finding new ways to use more of our own available resources and less water from other regions--- and the department is also in the works of replacing the city’s water and sewer infrastructure.

Program Host John Bonosoro talks with Cari Dale, Water Utilities Director, City of Oceanside and Greg Blakely, Project Manager, Water Department.
